29 November - Saturday Morning Computing Club

As part of the PLASMA-T project we have been sharing expertise with pupils, parents and teachers from local Primary Schools, particularly in the field of computer programming. For example, children from the Holy Innocents Catholic Primary School who have been attending the Saturday Morning Computing Club where we have created algorithms, used “Flowol 4” software to create digital flowcharts to animate a programme with input/output functionality, used SCRATCH software to create and debug animations and will have the opportunity to transfer this knowlegde to use another animation package KODU. Participants have shown perseverance and great enthusiasm !
