A Level results at St. Olave’s Grammar School are once again outstanding, and consistent with performances in previous years. 93% of the grades secured by Olavians were A* to B with almost a third of all qualifications being at A*. In addition to some exceptional individual results, 40 students secured 3 or more A* grades.
Andrew Rees, Headteacher, said: “The overall results for St Olave’s are once again outstanding. Students and teachers should be very proud of their achievements and this is a tribute to everyone’s hard work and dedication, not just over the course of the last two years. League tables and exam results only measure a small part of what makes an outstanding education, and these results have been achieved by students who have not only been focussing on their academic studies, but have been active on the sports field, performing in musical concerts and drama productions, mentoring younger students, leading clubs and societies and engaging in Duke of Edinburgh. We wish our students the very best as they move onto the next stage of their education.
