Congratulations to our Year 11 students on another excellent set of results. These superb results are testament to our talented students, dedicated teachers and supportive parents. With 89% at grades 9 – 7 and 71% at grades 9/8, students have risen magnificently to the challenge of GCSEs, and this hardworking group have improved on the outstanding results of last year. 33 students obtained ten or more GCSEs at grades 9 or 8. Five students gained grades 9 in every subject, as well as top grades in the Higher Project Qualification and Free Standing Maths Unit.
Andrew Rees, Headteacher, said: “The overall results for St Olave’s are once again outstanding. They are some of our best ever! We celebrate the hard work and talents of individual pupils and the ongoing commitment of teachers and parents who supported them. It is a tribute to everyone’s hard work and dedication. I congratulate Year 11 on their achievements and wish them the very best of luck as they move to the next stage of their education.”
