23 March - British Science Week

As part of Science Week, four Year 9 students, Hieronim Lecybyl, Aaron Sanjeevan, Arun Sinha and Anupam Bandi, had the privilege of assisting in a series of science workshops at St Peter and St Paul Catholic Academy. The day involved demonstrating a wide variety of scientific experiments to primary school children from Reception to Year 6 on topics such as sound, light, temperature, the insides of a pepper and the use of dry ice. The students received many positive comments upon the clarity of their explanations plus scientific knowledge. They also received a small insight into the demands of being a primary school teacher.
