Hiring School Facilities
St. Olave’s Grammar School offers an extensive range of facilities for hire in an inspiring setting that embraces our unique heritage, enriched with modern, secure facilities in our Grade 11 listed building, set within 20 Acres of greenery in Orpington with excellent transport links being be easily reached both by road, (Junction 4, M25) and by rail (Orpington Station).
Our priority is always to our students. However, we realise that by opening the doors to our school in the evenings and during the weekend, we can raise vital income to enrich their education whilst developing closer links with our local community and the surrounding areas of BR6.
St. Olave’s offers a brand new, floodlit, All Weather Pitch making it an idea venue for local sports clubs.
As well as other outdoor sports facilities, our indoor Sports Halls and Gym are marked for a wide variety of sports including badminton, football, volleyball, and basketball. St. Olave’s has halls and classrooms that are perfect for meetings and conference spaces. Our Great Hall has capacity for up to x number of people and can accommodate small and large events. We also have a Drama studio for hire.

We have 2 sports halls available to hire for indoor sports.
Each are marked for a wide variety of sports including badminton, football, volleyball, basketball and cricket nets, as well as being suitable for gymnastics, fitness circuits & martial arts.

Large Indoor Spaces
St. Olave’s Grammar School is set in the leafy suburb of Orpington with excellent links to School is an excellent, central location offering facilities for up to 200 people.
Our Great Hall has a permanent stage, making it ideal for conferences and functions.
Our Small Hall offers space for receptions up to X please
Our Foyer would be ideal as an entrance hall, giving your guests chance to catch up before the main event.

Drama Studio
Our Drama Studio currently offers a spacious room. However this facility will be replaced by 2027 offering a purpose built drama and dance studio and we look forward to being able to share these new facilities soon.
