Letter to Parents

With effect from Thursday 13 March 2025, your online payment platforms are as follows:

Payments for food provided by Accent Catering will be made via: iPay - Parents/Carers are provided with a Unique Registration ID and instructions to register ONE contact (with parental responsibility) per child on joining St. Olave's.

Please note: student pin numbers for catering issued prior to 13 March REMAIN UNCHANGED.

Annual School Trips and Events

• Balances will not be transferred over from Squid
• For any credit balances held in Squid catering purses after Wednesday 12 March parents/carers will need to request a refund following the normal process.
• Refunds can be requested up to Monday 14 April 2025
• Any debit/negative balances will be applied to the new account in iPay
• PIN Numbers for use at the tills will remain the same.
