Travel to School

The school is located in Orpington, Kent and can be easily reached both by road, (Junction 4, M25) and by rail (Orpington Station).

All visitors to the school must report to our Reception (except those attending Open day events for prospective pupils and Test Days).

Public transport

For safety reasons, ALL students must enter and leave the school from our Park Avenue entrance, not Goddington Lane, (unless special permission has been granted.) Park Avenue runs parallel with Goddington Lane.

By Road: At the [M25] Junction 4 roundabout, take the fourth exit (A224) to Orpington. Proceed for 2½ miles,  before taking the sixth left into Park Avenue.

By Rail: Trains are half hourly from Victoria (34 mins.); frequently from Charing Cross (24 to 33 mins). 

On Foot: St.Olave's is situated a 1 mile walk of approx 20mins from Orpington Station. From Station Approach turn left down the hill and crossover to the right via the zebra crossing, past the Maxwell Pub, continuing down the hill.  Turn right into Tower Road and first left into The Avenue. Turn right into Sevenoaks Road and use the zebra crossing to cross over and walk up Park Avenue; The School pedestrian entrance is 500 metres up the hill on the right.
