Application Procedure

Applications will open on Monday 13 January 2025 at 9 am and close on Tuesday 25 February 2025 at Midday and must be submitted online no later than the School’s published deadline.

All applicants will be invited to the School for a Taster Day to take place in the summer term (following GCSE’s). The aim of this is to give prospective students a glimpse of life at St. Olave’s including the activities and opportunities on offer as a student in our Sixth Form.

On GCSE Results Day (22th August 2024), all applicants must upload their achieved GCSE results by logging into their application form. This must be done from 10 am and before 1pm on results day, Thursday 22 August 2024.

Offers of places will begin to be made following the 1 pm cut-off and in the main offers will be made on Friday 23th August. Due to the tight turnaround of the start of term being Wednesday 28 August, we will only give a very short window of acceptance for our places.
