We know it has been another extraordinary year for students and we are extremely pleased that A-Level results at St. Olave’s Grammar School are once again outstanding. These are a testament to students’ hard work and perseverance over the last two years and the support of teachers and parents.

Andrew Rees, Headteacher, said: “The overall results for St. Olave’s are excellent. These are a fitting tribute to everyone’s hard work and dedication over the course of the last two years. I hope the grades students have been awarded will enable them to move on in their lives with a sense of pride in their hard work and accomplishments, whatever they choose to do. The way with which students have adapted to the challenges presented to them during their time in the Sixth Form is profoundly impressive. I cannot thank them and their teachers enough.

It should also be noted that these results have been achieved by students who have focussed on more than just their examinations. They have supported the local community, led clubs and societies, written journals, entered national and international competitions, supported charities, engaged in Duke of Edinburgh and been committed to extra-curricular activities across the School.

We wish them all the very best in the next stage of their education.
