Year 12 Student Sahishnu Conquers Channel Swim and Raises £1,100 for the School!

This summer, Year 12 student, Sahishnu, had the incredible opportunity of completing a Channel swim as part of a three-person relay team.

Facing challenging conditions, including strong currents and cold waters, he and his team successfully completed the swim in 15 hours and 8 minutes.

This experience pushed him to his physical and mental limits, but the support he received from the school and his peers was instrumental in helping him persevere.

In addition to the swim, Sahishnu raised £1,100 for our school through dedicated fundraising efforts. The generous support from the school community played a crucial role in reaching this milestone.

He is deeply grateful for the encouragement and assistance provided by staff, peers, and supporters, which made this achievement possible.
