On Friday 11th October, a group of 4 students in Year 11, Ademiyo, Eliyas, Kyal and Mobolaji, were invited to the Wings of Hope Achievement Award finals evening in recognition of their efforts in charitable fundraising over the past year at the London Business School, having raised over £2000 for the cause.

In an evening filled with performances, poems and celebration, they came away with the most entrepreneurial award, coming second nationally. The Wings of Hope Organisation had the following to say:

'We are incredibly proud of Team KEMA from St Olave’s Grammar School, who were the overall runners-up in the Most Entrepreneurial Team category at the Wings of Hope Achievement Awards (WOHAA) 2023/24 for their outstanding efforts. Their hard work and dedication have made a significant impact, raising vital funds to support the Wings of Hope’s international projects. Team KEMA’s entrepreneurial efforts have showcased their creativity and innovation, demonstrating a remarkable ability to identify opportunities and drive positive change within their community.'

Well done to Ademiyo, Eliyas, Kyal and Mobolaji, we are very proud of your efforts to support the community and your collective achievement - a perfect example of the school's vision of Happiness - Success - Community
