Olavian Poet Laureate 2025 announced

We are delighted to announce that Advaith Prabhu, in Year 11, will be our Olavian Poet Laureate for 2025.

We had an excellent pool of entries and would like to thank everyone who entered, and encourage them to keep writing. Advaith’s poem explores the recent riots following the murder of three young girls at a dance lesson in Southport.

We look forward to reading further poems by this talented writer through the year.
