Caritas House: Compassionate Neighbours

On Thursday 13th February 14 students accompanied with 4 members of staff to Caritas House as we look to work together to create a drop-in community. This was an opportunity for the students to familiarise themselves with their surroundings and plan for the next event where they will meet community members. 

Compassionate Neighbours is a project which connects a person in the community (a Compassionate Neighbour) with a person experiencing life limiting illness, a terminal diagnosis and who are older and socially isolated (a Community Member).
