GCSE Results 2024

We are delighted to share the outstanding achievements of our pupils in their GCSE examinations. Well done and congratulations to them all as our results this year are truly superb.

We are thrilled to announce that an impressive 95% of the grades secured by our pupils were 9-7, with a remarkable 57% at grade 9 and 84% at grades 9/8. Notably, 12 pupils achieved all 9s. Our overall percentage of grades 9-7 was higher than in 2019 and 2023.

We celebrate the brilliant achievements of this exceptional year group, which reflect not only their remarkable talents but also the unwavering commitment of staff. This dedication has been instrumental in guiding and supporting our pupils through their academic journey.

It is important to note that a significant portion of their accomplishments cannot be quantified through examination grades alone. Our pupils have made invaluable contributions to co-curricular activities, excelled in sports, performed on concert stages, and demonstrated exceptional leadership through pupil councils, setting inspiring examples for their peers. These achievements hold immeasurable value, reflecting the well-rounded development of our pupils, especially with the backdrop of the pandemic in the recent past.

As they progress onto the next stage of their education and life journeys, we are confident that our pupils will continue to make substantial contributions to the Sixth Form and beyond. We extend our best wishes to each and every one of them. We also extend our gratitude to the parents and carers who have supported their child throughout their GCSEs.
